Carpo's Restaurant was founded in 1981 with a simple goal: to offer Santa Cruz County a place where fresh, hearty meals feel like home. From the beginning, our ingredients have been sourced from local farms, fisheries, and ranches—supporting the community and ensuring quality. Every burger, salad, and pie is prepared fresh each morning, without preservatives, and all dishes are available for takeout. Our patio continues to be a welcoming spot for neighbors to gather and enjoy a meal together.

We wanted to make quality dishes affordable, so we set fair prices from day one. Over the years, guests voted us “Best Meal for a Deal” because they see the care we put into every plate. We never use whiteners or artificial preservatives, and every order—dine-in, takeout, or delivery—arrives with fresh ingredients and a smile. That recognition reminds us why we do this work every day.

Working at Carpo's is a labor of love and a dream that keeps growing. We open daily from lunch through dinner, serving everything from seafood specials to scratch-made pies—apple, olallieberry, cherry, peach, and carrot cake. We also welcome Beer Thirty friends to pick up their favorite dishes that pairs well with their drinks. Families, couples, and visitors all leave happy, and that makes every busy moment worthwhile.
